The current Comprehensive Plan for the Village was adopted in 2002.

The Open Space Program provides an updated inventory of open space programs and resources in the Village and sets priorities.

These design guidelines, adopted in 2004, supplement Chapter 121 Design and Site Plan Review of the Village Code.

The Village of East Hampton studied its six commercial districts in 2000 to analyze how well land development regulations would protect the village character.

Following the completion of the Commercial Districts Study, the Village studied existing conditions and future conditions at ten intersections throughout the Village.
